How do I pay?

Payment can be made by wire transfer to our bank accounts in Germany or Dubai, in AED, Dollar or Euro. Cash payments are accepted as well. However we don’t take any credit or debit cards.

Is there a sales person I can call?

Sure, our offices in Dubai and Germany are reachable for individual questions thru regular office hours. In urgent matters please send an email and a representative will call you back, even out of hours.

Where are you located? Can I visit you?

Our office is locate in Arjan, in the Light Commercial Tower, close to Miracles Gardens, exit from Umm Suqeim Road and Emirates Road. The office working hours are Saturday till Thursday, from 8.00 to 17.00.

Is the insurance included in your offer(s)?

The forwarders liability is limited and never for force majeure or other incidents which are not in our hands. There we always suggest to cover a marine insurance. Due to our minimal damage rate we can offer lowest premiums from a well-respected German insurer.

Do I commit myself by submitting a freight request?

Definitely not. All our offers are without any obligation.

What is this destination charges for?

When the vessel s arrives at the port, the harbor authority charges for the discharging from the ship and the moving in the port area, that’s the THC Terminal Handling Charge. The container then has to be towed to the warehouse for unloading and afterwards cargo will be customs cleared. We normally mention such costs in our quotations, but sometimes also offer a lump-sum all in rate.
